Spicy Cranberry Chutney


1 bag fresh cranberries
1-2 jalapeno peppers, seeds and stems removed, finely diced
½ red bell pepper, finely diced
1 cup brown sugar
1 orange, juice and zest
½ cinnamon stick
½ cup water

In a medium size pot, bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat to very low and let simmer, about 30 minutes. Chill before serving.
